When is the entry deadline?
The deadline for entering is Wednesday 29th June 2011. Entries will be accepted until 5.30pm.
What is the eligibility period for entries?
The eligibility period runs from Thursday 21st May 2010 to Wednesday 29th June 2011 inclusive.
What is your policy on commercial confidence?
It is very important that you fully complete the entry template. In particular, details of return on investment should be provided. The more information you supply, the better the judges will be able to assess your entry.
For the purposes of judging, all information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be viewed by the judging panel and the Chair of Judges. However, in order to compile the Online Awards Supplement, some information may be needed from the winners' written entries.
Any information that is commercially sensitive and which may not be used in the Online Awards Supplement should be clearly marked 'judges eyes only'.
Can I amend my entry?
Entries can be edited up until the point of submission; all submissions must be made by Wednesday 29th June 2011. Please note only submitted entries will proceed to the judging stage. Entries will not be considered fully submitted until you have proceeded to the payment stage and selected a payment method.
When is the judging taking place?
Judging will take place in August 2011 - all entrants will be contacted as soon as possible after the judging day to update them on the status of their entry.

When is the awards ceremony?
The awards ceremony will take place in September 2011. Watch this space for venue and date information!
What is the dress code for the awards ceremony?

What are the timings of the awards ceremony?
The awards ceremony will take place in the evening. Timings will be confirmed to those who have booked tickets nearer to the event.
